Susan is a communications and journalism graduate of Chatham University, which led to posts with major law firms and a directorship at Pittsburgh Magazine. This initial experience gave Susan excellent grounding in budgeting and accountability, and began her journey in matters of visual style.

Susan was then a General Manager and Marketing Director for real estate developments and shopping malls, which provided valuable construction, site design and property management expertise.

Her innate sense of fashion and style then led to nearly two decades of award winning set styling for broadcast, video and print advertising, working with national and international directors and photographers. This honed her talents for color, composition, and putting stunning design together on tight budgets.

Susan is an experienced interior stylist and designer, with the skills that bring affordable, elegant design to single rooms or whole houses and offices. She can redesign, remodel and provide construction know-how for bathrooms, kitchens, small rooms or large areas. A paint color consultation often jump-starts the design strategy, and Susan can also provide staging services to help maximize value for home sales.

Susan can provide landscaping design, garden design and offers move-in and organization project management as well. She will help you make your dream home a reality, elegantly, and on-time and on-budget.

Susan is the mother of two 20-something daughters, Meredith and Isabel, and of course, Ozzie and Buster, the office pets.

Jillian Miller, project manager & associate designer

From the initial consultation appointment, to the final inspection, Jillian is involved in every aspect of each project. With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Penn State University, Jillian brings a unique eye to the interior design process. She regularly uses her spatial understanding and computer skills to design kitchens, floor plans, and built-in cabinetry.

Her passion for residential architecture has been cultivated ever since her parents designed their family dream home when she was a child. After living in the city for 10 years, she recently moved to the North Hills, alongside her husband Rick and sheepadoodle Cosmo. She fully appreciates all the city has to offer, and is now enjoying the beauty of North Park as she renovates her new home.

Jillian initially started as a post grad intern and then junior designer in 2014. She was quickly promoted to project manager and designer. She loves experiencing Pittsburgh’s unique neighborhoods and architecture as she assists you in designing your dream home..

Allie Dolnack, project manager &  associate designer

Allie has a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from West Virginia University. In 2017, Allie started as an intern. Now, as an associate designer and project manager, Allie is involved in every step of the process. You'll meet her at the initial consultation, work with her throughout the design phase, see her on site during the construction phase, and walk alongside her at the final inspection.

She has a keen eye for color and curating multiple styles, patterns, and materials. She also loves the combination of beauty and function when designing kitchens and bathrooms.

When she's not designing, Allie enjoys being out-and-about in her hometown of Pittsburgh, spending time being an aunt, and tries to travel as much as possible, anywhere, anytime she can.
